Blue Moose Pizza
In 1995, long-time local Brian Nolan was looking to fill a needed niche in the then very new Beaver Creek Village.
It did not take much time to realize a family-friendly, pizzeria would fit the mold perfectly. Leaning to his roots, Nolan further decided that only a New York-style pizza place would do and with that, he opened the first Blue Moose Pizza, originally in the space that now holds the restaurant Hooked.

Originally a small counter-service operation, the Moose NY style slices appealed to visitors and locals alike and the restaurant quickly became a staple stop off for those in the Beaver Creek Village. Since 1995 the Blue Moose has grown from a small counter-service operation to a full-service restaurant, now located in the Poste Montane in Beaver Creek Village, featuring a variety of appetizers, salads and sandwiches in addition to the restaurant’s specialty pizzas by the pie or slice. The restaurant received considerable growth and opened its’ second location in Vail’s Lionshead Village in 2008.

Though each location has its own individual character, each Blue Moose location has been built with the same key components at heart as the original Beaver Creek operation opened in 1995 - with an emphasis on a family-friendly atmosphere and a core focused on hand-tossed NY style pizzas.
Ein Prosit
Avon, Colorado's one and only authentic Biergarten! Twelve Bavarian, German, and Austrian draft beers on tap daily. We also offer an extensive bottled and canned imported beer selection. Ein Prosit is a full service bar with a vast selection of wine - there is something for everyone!

We offer fifteen different traditional and exotic sausages and brats, as well as sandwiches, Bavarian Pretzels, soup, meat & cheese plates, and strudel. All of our menu items are available for in house dining or take out.

We offer live music every Friday and Saturday, and Open Mic Night with Sam Bee every Wednesday night. Don't forget to join us for Sunday Après music during ski season! Check our website for upcoming live music.
